The dehydration of 2-(4'-ethylbenzoyl) benzoic acid (BE acid) to 2-ethylanthraquinone (2-EAQ) was investigated over solid acid catalysts. The results showed that H-beta zeolite catalyst modified by dilute HNO3 solution exhibited an excellent performance. In our study, the conversion of BE acid can reach 96.7%, and the selectivity to 2-EAQ is up to 99.6%.  相似文献

A novel fluorene-based conjugated copolymer containing cyclobutenedione unit was synthesized by Suzuki reaction.Its structure and properties were characterized by FTIR,^1HNMR,elemental analysis,PL spectroscopy,DSC,TGA and cyclic voltammetry.The resulting polymer shows strong yellow PL emission(561nm)and good solubility in polar aprotic solvents,i.e.THF,DMF,DMAC,DMSO,etc.DSC and TGA studies reveal that the novel polymer possesses excellent thermal stability with high glass transition temperature of 127℃ and onset decomposition temperature of 411℃.Cyclic voltammetry measurement demonstrated that the polymer has both hole and electron-transporting property.  相似文献

We establish the existence and stability of multidimensional transonic shocks (hyperbolic‐elliptic shocks) for the Euler equations for steady compressible potential fluids in infinite cylinders. The Euler equations, consisting of the conservation law of mass and the Bernoulli law for velocity, can be written as a second order nonlinear equation of mixed elliptic‐hyperbolic type for the velocity potential. The transonic shock problem in an infinite cylinder can be formulated into the following free boundary problem: The free boundary is the location of the multidimensional transonic shock which divides two regions of C1,α flow in the infinite cylinder, and the equation is hyperbolic in the upstream region where the C1,α perturbed flow is supersonic. We develop a nonlinear approach to deal with such a free boundary problem in order to solve the transonic shock problem in unbounded domains. Our results indicate that there exists a solution of the free boundary problem such that the equation is always elliptic in the unbounded downstream region, the uniform velocity state at infinity in the downstream direction is uniquely determined by the given hyperbolic phase, and the free boundary is C1,α, provided that the hyperbolic phase is close in C1,α to a uniform flow. We further prove that, if the steady perturbation of the hyperbolic phase is C2,α, the free boundary is C2,α and stable under the steady perturbation. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals Inc.  相似文献

Copolymer nanoparticles from aniline (AN) and 4‐sulfonic diphenylamine (SDP) were simply synthesized for the first time by an oxidative precipitation polymerization with inorganic oxidants in an acidic aqueous medium without any external emulsifier or stabilizer. The polymerization yield, intrinsic viscosity, solubility, solvatochromism, electrical conductivity, and thermal stability of the copolymers were systematically studied through changes in the AN/SDP ratio, polymerization temperature, oxidant species, monomer/oxidant ratio, and acidic medium. The molecular structure of the copolymers was characterized with elemental analysis, IR, and ultraviolet–visible spectra. The polymers exhibited very good solubility in polar solvents, water, and NH4OH, and this was mainly attributable to the presence of sulfonic acid side groups. The electrical conductivity of the copolymers increased greatly, from 6.00 × 10?4 to 2.55 × 10?1 S/cm, with increasing AN content. The size of the copolymer particles, determined by laser particle analysis and atomic force microscopy (AFM), strongly depended on the polymer state and oxidant/monomer ratio. Pure dedoped particles of the AN/SDP (50/50) copolymer at an oxidant/monomer ratio of 1/2 exhibited minimum length/diameter ratios of 62/44 and 45/30 nm by AFM and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. The copolymers showed typical four‐step weight‐loss behavior in nitrogen and air and higher thermostability in nitrogen. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)和UV Vis光谱研究了 2个以 8 氨基喹啉为亲水头基的两亲配体 ;2 长链烷基丙二酸二 (8 氨基喹啉 )酰胺 (H2 A) (H2 A1 2 :长链烷基为十二烷基 ;H2 A1 6 :十六烷基 )在气 /水界面与Cu2 离子的配位作用。配位后H2 A1 2 和H2 A1 6 单分子膜的崩溃压分别由 12 5和 15 6mN·m- 1 增加至 2 8 0和33 8mN·m- 1 。从含Cu2 离子亚相表面组装的LB膜出现了Cu2 离子的特征XPS峰 ,Cu2p为 935和 95 5eV ,XPS表明H2 A与Cu2 的配位比为 1∶1。H2 A的LB膜可以用作电致发光 (EL)器件的空穴传输材料 ,三层EL器件ITO/TPD/LB膜 /Alq3/Al(LB膜分别为 15层H2 A1 2 和 15层H2 A1 6 )的驱动电压分别为 6 5和 7 5V ,最大亮度分别为 6 2 1和 2 0 1cd·m- 2 。  相似文献

The band structure of HgTe quantum wells (QWs) has been determined from absorption experiments on superlattices in conjunction with calculations based on an 8×8 k·p model. The band structure combined with self-consistent Hartree calculations has enabled transport results to be quantitatively explained.Rashba spin–orbit, (SO) splitting has been investigated in n-type modulation doped HgTe QWs by means of Shubnikov–de Haas oscillations (SdH) in gated Hall bars. The heavy hole nature of the H1 conduction subband in QWs with an inverted band structure greatly enhances the Rashba SO splitting, with values up to 17 meV.By analyzing the SdH oscillations of a magnetic two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) in modulation-doped n-type Hg1−xMnxTe QWs, we have been able to separate the gate voltage-dependent Rashba SO splitting from the temperature-dependent giant Zeeman splitting, which are of comparable magnitudes. In addition, hot electrons and Mn ions in a magnetic 2DEG have been investigated as a function of current.Nano-scale structures of lower dimensions are planned and experiments on sub-micrometer magneto-transport structures have resulted in the first evidence for ballistic transport in quasi-1D HgTe QW structures.  相似文献

This paper studies the correlation properties of the speckles in the deep Fresnel diffraction region produced by the scattering of rough self-affine fractal surfaces. The autocorrelation function of the speckle intensities is formulated by the combination of the light scattering theory of Kirchhoff approximation and the principles of speckle statistics. We propose a method for extracting the three surface parameters, i.e. the roughness w, the lateral correlation length ξ and the roughness exponent α, from the autocorrelation functions of speckles. This method is verified by simulating the speckle intensities and calculating the speckle autocorrelation function. We also find the phenomenon that for rough surfaces with α= 1, the structure of the speckles resembles that of the surface heights, which results from the effect of the peak and the valley parts of the surface, acting as micro-lenses converging and diverging the light waves.  相似文献

主要研究具有倒置能带结构的n-HgTe/HgCdTe第三类量子阱Shubnikov-de Haas(SdH)振荡中的拍频现象.发现在量子阱中电子存在强烈的Rashba自旋分裂,通过对SdH振荡进行三种不同方法的分析:SdH振荡对1/B关系的快速傅里叶变换、SdH振荡中拍频节点分析和对SdH振荡拍频数值拟合,得到了完全一致的电子Rashba自旋分裂能量(28—36 meV). 关键词: n-HgTe/HgCdTe Shubnikov-de Haas振荡 Rashba自旋分裂  相似文献
